The Mind Gremlins those little creatures that come out to play when we are asleep and make our mind go topsy turvy. They lurk in the dark corridors of our thoughts and as soon as we relax out they come dancing and boogying to our insecurities and fears and have a fabulous time throwing our thoughts into turmoil. We need to kick them out.
