We are a product of what we are fed both physically and mentally. We all know only too well the results of incorrect eating. What we don't seem to do is be cautious of what we feed our mind. Those "entertainment" programmes we watch to "chill out" full of detritus and bane mundane brainless diatribe. Subliminally that eats away at us until we partly think like the stuff we have heard. Of course it's up to you what you watch after all it is your life and only you have to live it no one else.
