Our emotions are fabulous things. They can give us such pleasure, happiness and hope. They can fuel our thoughts and give our actions credence, in fact our emotions can enhance much of our life and what we do. But like everything there are two sides to every coin. They can do quite the opposite and punctuate our negative emotions to an extent we can get led astray by them taking over logic. Listen to your heart by all means but get your brain involved too.
